Breastfeeding with Inverted Nipples

I have a mother who is due February 27th, who has had problems with breastfeeding in the past due to one inverted nipple.
She has gone to her Kaiser breastfeeding help class and gotten a 10-minute one-on-one session that apparently didn't help, and she gave up trying.
She lives in the Elk Grove area, and REALLY wants to breastfeed this time. If you have any information about a place where she can get professional help, or a reference to a good specialist, please let me know as soon as possible.
